Omni Family Health Data Breach Class Action Litigation

Kantrowitz, Goldhamer & Graifman, P.C., is currently investigating Omni Family Health (“OFH”) regarding a data breach of personal health information. OFH is a healthcare services provider based out of Bakersfield, California, operating 39 different locations throughout Kern, Kings, Tulare, and Fresno counties.

On or about August 7, 2024, OFH first learned that hackers likely obtained information from the company’s computer system and posted it on the dark web. On October 7, 2024, after investigating the data breach, OFH conclusively determined that patient information was in fact stolen and published on the dark web. The same day, OFH notified the Attorney General of California that hackers gained unauthorized access to the following sensitive information:

  • Full names
  • Addresses
  • Social security numbers
  • Dates of birth
  • Health Insurance Plan information
  • Medical information
