Do you own a Diesel fuel 2009-2015 Volkswagen or Audi vehicle? If so, your vehicle may fall under a rapidly growing class action lawsuit. On September 21, 2015 a lawsuit was filed with notice of a violation stating that the Volkswagen Company designed certain 2009-2015 vehicles with 2.0-liter diesel engines, causing their emission levels to be 10 to 40 times higher than the legal limit.
KGG has filed suit in the district of New Jersey alleging violations of New Jersey, New York and Washington State law. So far, more than 11 suits have been filed in such states as California, Alabama, Illinois, Florida, New Jersey and Oregon for such claims as breach of warranty, fraudulent concealment and various consumer protection laws throughout various states. Volkswagen Jetta, Beetle and Golf models sold during the 2009-14 time period, the Audi A3 Diesel MY 2009 to present, and Passats, MY 2014-2015 are all affected.
If you have one of the affected vehicles and wish to find out what your rights in these actions may be, please contact Gary S. Graifman, Esq., at the firm via email at [email protected] or phone: (800) 711-5258 or 201 690 7735 or 845 459 0001.
