KGG Investigating OtterBox’s Failure to Replace Phone and Tablet cases that are Under Warranty.

If you have purchased an OtterBox phone or tablet case from OtterBox or an authorized dealer and were denied a replacement product by OtterBox  you may be entitled to compensation.

KGG is currently investigating a putative class action for the failure of OtterBox to honor their warranty replacement policy for OtterBox phone and tablet cases.  OtterBox’s warranty for certain of these items is 7 years.  If you have contacted OtterBox for a replacement pursuant to their warranty policy and have been denied a replacement product based on OtterBox’s position that it need not honor the warranty because all cases for your device have been discontinued and replacements are no longer available, you may be entitled to compensation.

If you wish to speak with the attorneys at the firm about this matter, please contact class action attorney Melissa R. Emert, Esq., or Gary S.
