The driver of a sport utility vehicle that overturned on the Garden State Parkway on 8th Nov 2015, killing a 28-year-old Brooklyn, N.Y., man, was drunk, police said.
Mark Ellis, 29, of New York, N.Y., was charged with DWI, one-count of vehicular homicide and two-counts of assault by auto in connection with the crash, which shut down the southbound express lanes for several hours, said Sgt. First Class Gregory Williams, a State Police spokesman.
