Our Experience in Commercial Real Estate Matters
Gary S. Graifman has been involved in the review and negotiation of hundreds of commercial and office leases of various kinds. Additionally he has written on the subject: Negotiating a Commercial Lease– From the Tenant’s Vantage; Gary S. Graifman, “The Rockland Business Digest,” Vol 1, Issue 5, April 2007.
In addition, the firm has represented various companies and investors in the purchase and sale of commercial properties. For example, Barry S. Kantrowitz recently guided the Jewish Community Center of Rockland through the purchase, gut renovation and development of a 15 acre, 135,000 square foot property in West Nyack, NY.
KGG has also been involved in litigation concerning real estate issues including the use of easements, zoning issues, breach of contract issues and related matters. Mr. Graifman was directly involved in the litigation which protected Harry Winston Jewelers when they were affected by construction related to an office building being built by Solomon Equities and its partners at the corner of Fifth Avenue and 55th Street in Manhattan.
