Toyota Rav 4 Automatic Lights Potential Class Action

If you purchased or leased a 2016 Toyota Rav 4, which was to include the automatic on/off projector-beam headlights feature, you may have been surprised to learn that certain Toyota Rav 4 2016 models, particularly the XLE, XLE Hybrid and SE, do not have that auto on/off headlight feature which the brochure and advertising materials claimed it would have. Apparently the vehicles sold outside of the United States do have that feature, but not those sold inside the United States despite the brochure’s representations about this feature.
